● The subscription contract for the electronic journal package (Science Direct) offered by Elsevier in FY2024 has been changed to a "conversion contract".

 

●The University will pay a portion of the APC for papers accepted for publication in Elsevier journals after April when they are converted to Open Access (OA).

　The responsible author is not required to pay the full APC to the publisher, but is required to pay an additional 100,000 yen (budget transfer to the affiliated libraries).

 

●Requirements for support
・1,680 Elsevier branded Core Hybrid journals, not including full OA journals.
・The period from April 2024 to March 2025 *First-come-first-served basis of acceptance.
・The authors' affiliation must be judged as belonging to the University based on the author's affiliation and e-mail address on the paper. Graduate students with a budget are also eligible.
