電子書籍（Maruzen eBook Library）の利用に当たり，下記の行為は固く禁じられております。
禁止事項をご確認の上，「Maruzen eBook Libraryへ接続」からご利用ください。
▶Maruzen eBook Library禁止事項
１．一人1タイトルあたり，「印刷/保存」画面上に表示されているページ数の上限を超えてダウンロードすること。
２．ダウンロードしたファイルを，ダウンロードした本人自身の調査・研究目的以外で利用すること。
３．ダウンロードしたファイルを，研究室内・企業内・グループ内等で共有したり，第三者に譲渡・流通・再配布すること。
４．複数人数による共同で，1タイトルのページ上限を超えてダウンロードすること。例えば他人のメールアドレスを借りて上限を超えたダウンロードを行う等は禁じられています。
５．著作権者に無断で他のメディアに転載したり，改変したりすること。
６．理由や目的を問わず，本サービスもしくは電子書籍に用いられている技術的保護手段，又は，技術的制限手段を解除・変更・無効化等，制限を回避すること。
７．他の機関のために相互貸借や文献複写サービス（いわゆる図書館間相互貸借など）を行うこと。
８．その他，利用規約（※）において禁じていること。

◇不審なログが認められる場合，コンテンツ保護の観点から機関（大学）に対してのダウンロード機能が停止される可能性があります。
◇電子書籍（Maruzen eBook Library ）の利用に際しては，上記の利用マニュアルおよび注意事項をご確認の上，適正な利用をお願いいたします。
◇Maruzen eBook Libraryに限らず，著作権等の知的財産権の侵害があった場合，コンピュータ又はネットワークの不正利用として学生懲戒規程の対象となりますので，くれぐれも禁止事項に該当する行為は行わないでください。
The following acts are strictly prohibited when using the Maruzen eBook Library.

Prohibited acts on Maruzen eBook Library
1. Downloading more than the maximum number of pages displayed on the “Print/Save” screen per person per title.
2. Using downloaded files for purposes other than your own research or study.
3. Sharing downloaded files within a laboratory, company, group, etc., or transferring, distributing, or redistributing them to a third party.
4. To download files in excess of the page limit of a single title in collaboration with multiple persons. For example, borrowing another person’s e-mail address to download a file that exceeds the limit is prohibited.
5. Reproducing or altering the contents of this site in any other media without the permission of the copyright holder.
6. Circumventing the technical protection measures or technical restrictions used in the service or e-books by removing, modifying, disabling, or otherwise circumventing them, regardless of the reason or purpose
7. To provide inter-library loan or photocopy services (such as inter-library loan) for the benefit of other institutions
8. Other activities prohibited by the Terms of Use (*).
