Scopus（スコーパス）は，エルゼビア社が提供する世界最大級の抄録・引用文献データベースです。

Mendeley（メンデレー）は，学術論文の管理とオンラインでの情報共有を目的とした無料の文献管理ツールです。Windows，Mac，Linuxに対応するデスクトップ版と，オンラインでどこからでも利用できるウェブ版を組み合わせて使用できます。iOS（iPad、iPhone）にも対応しています。
金沢大学で利用できる”機関版”は，”無料版”で利用できる機能に加えて，個々の研究者向けにはアップグレード（ディスク容量とグループ機能），図書館向けには統計機能を提供します。
