Personnel Portal (教職員の方へ)

When using the library for the first time, please follow the procedure mentioned below:

■ A person who has personnel ID card

  Please inform the Library Service Counter of the following five items by telephone or E-mail until five o’clock of the weekday.

-Name, 
-Department, 
-E-mail address, 
-Extension number, 
-Name of building and room number

■ A person who has not personnel ID card

  Please present your letter of appointment and Kanazawa University ID that can be obtained at the FD・ICT Education Promotion Room to the service counter in the library until five o’clock of the weekday. (This registration process is not available at the Health Science Library, so please go to the Medical Branch Library for inquiries.) Your Library card will be issued.

Kanazawa University ID is required to login to the online services.

* Part-time lecturers, visitors, research partners, etc. who will not have a “personnel ID” issued by the university, have to use their Kanazawa University ID (Acanthus ID) for library user registration. Please present your letter of appointment and Kanazawa University ID that can be obtained at the FD•ICT Education Promotion Room to the service counter in the library. (This service is not available at the Health Science Library, so please go to the Medical Branch Library for inquiries)
