[Important] Central Library Construction Notice
Preparing for the additional group learning spaces and improving the 
learning environment, the construction work will be conducted at the Central Library.The construction is scheduled to start in the middle of January and will be completed by the end of March.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in advance.
The construction period is as follows:
[1] Shifting the place of seating area from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor [the middle of January]
[2] Repairing the air-conditioning system [January 18th – the end of March]
[3] Replacing the partial carpeting [on February]
[4] Setting up Global Communication Studio [February 12th – the end of March]
[5] Converting the special reading room into the learning spaces for group [on March]
■ There will be intermittent noise during the construction.
■ The heater won’t be working during the replacement period of air-conditioning.
3rd floor : Jan. 18th – Feb. 27th
2nd floor : Feb. 11th – Mar. 18th
It will be cold at the library during construction. Please take precautions wearing something warmer.
3rd floor: Open Studio, Group Studio A・B, AV Room
2nd floor: Book Lounge（Honwa-cafe）
Please use these areas during the construction.
■ Part of the reading area will be unavailable during the period as shown below.

2nd floor : Feb. 11th – Mar. 16th
★For more details the construction areas, please follow further notice.
■ We will reduce opening time and close Library temporarily.
Library closure: Feb. 20th – Feb. 28th
